Alex was awesome- professional and really skilled at installing and communicated the pros and cons of using different doors. Really loves and cares about what he does and spent the time to help us retrain a 14 year old dog who is semi blind and deaf to use the door in our new home we just moved into. I would have had no idea what to do had he left without helping me train Max. By the afternoon Max was using the door all by himself. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an installer who truly cares

8 months ago we had our pet door added to our house. Summer was amazing in getting our appointment arranged. Alex arrived on time and installed our new pet door quickly and efficiently. He gave us great training on how the door worked and patiently showed our fur babies how to use the door. Our boys use the door all the time, often at running speed. The door still looks great and is as strong as the day it was installed. Highly recommend Summer, Alex and the team for your pet door solutions.

I can’t recommend Sydney Paws Petdoor enough. I had no idea what I needed or wanted and Summer was very helpful sending me information and pics of options as well as set pricing that made the whole process super easy. Alex came same day and did a fabulous job. He’s a super nice guy and gave me all the pros and cons about the two places I had chosen as options for the door to be installed which made it easy to determine the best solution. He even did some training with us and our dog and talked us through the best way to get him to use it.

Faultless service! The communication from Summer was excellent. Prompt and detailed responses. She even managed to squeeze me into an earlier appointment slot. Alex was wonderful to deal with – friendly, courteous and great attention to detail. He gave good recommendations about the sizing and happy to patentially explain his thoughts. He even cleaned the glass and gave toilet training tips for my puppy. I would recommend them to everyone.
