Sydney Paws is an installation-only business. There is no online shop and no flat-pack kits. We bring the door, fit it properly, and show you how it works before we leave. That includes pet door training, free with every installation, where Alex works with your dog or cat on the day so they are comfortable with the new door. His method uses no treats: he reads the animal and guides it through. Fewer than five dogs have needed a return training visit since 2013.
Glass cut on site
Alex cuts laminated glass on site, standing in the frame, which almost all companies cannot do. Toughened glass cannot be cut once it is made, so for toughened glass we fit a new panel made with the opening already in it. The brands we fit
We fit doors from Petway, PetSafe, Ideal Pet Products, Pet-Tek and SureFlap, chosen for the door and the pet. Installations come with up to a 3 year warranty.
Where we work
We install across greater Sydney, from the inner west and eastern suburbs to the north shore, the Hills District and out west.
